Through my blog, I have been involved in the industry-wide discussion that has been initiated by The Singing Entrepreneur website. This has now been developed into a two-day Forum for singers and people working within the classical singing industry, in order to take the conversation further. The aim is to find some answers to the questions already posed by creating a space for discussion and to open the dialogue up to new directions. Our hope is that we find new ways to move forward as a community, redefining our definitions of success and terms of engagement with the profession.
